After some rainstorms in the morning and at noon the fields at Walsh Park  were ready to go at game time for some exciting games with playoff games in softball and the regular season season ending in the baseball division.  In Major Baseball, the Yankees took care of the Cardinals 15-4 and the Nationals knocked off the Atros 7-5.  In Minor Baseball, the Indians knocked off the Mets 8-2.  In the nightcap the Rockies topped the Orioles 7-4.  In Minor Softball, the Semi-Finals  got underway as the Cyclone beat the Scorpions 19-1 and the Dynamites took care of the Warriors 15-4.  In Rookie Baseball, the Tigers took down the Phillies 4-3. In Rookie Softball, the Championship game was decided as the Outlaws finished their perfect season  winning 17-13.
