Thursday night at Walsh Park, the rain stayed away for some exciting ball games on the field.   In Major Baseball, the  A;s  held off a late rally by the Braves  to win 9--8. Tn Minor Baseball,  the Reds  Liam Videll bat and arm helped lead to a 12-10 win over the Angels.  In Minor Softball, the Outlaws received strong pitching  from Natalie Cheatham early to beat the Magic 14-10.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Mariners  edged the Cubs 6-5 and the Whitesoxs Lee hamilton had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat the Pirates 6-5.  Visit game highlights at our website for game highlights of each game.
