 4/28/25

   With freshly cut  grass the  fields at Walsh Park ready to go as the scoeboards stayed busy Monday night.  In Major Baseball, the Dodgers knocked off the Mets 22-5.  In Minor Baseball, the Pirates took care of the Rockies winning 16-2.   In Minor Softball, the Renegades  defeated  the Oulaws  21-9.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Whitesox topped the Rays 11-8 and the Bluejays stopped the Bluejays.

4/27/25  
 At Walsh Park  on Sunday  we had great weather for afternoon  ball games  to catch up on make-up games.  In  major Baseball, the Padres knocked off the Royals 7-2 and Phillies topped the Yankees 6-4.. In Major Softball, Mayhem took care Rampage  14-8.  In Minor Baseball, the Marlins took care of D-Backs 12-4,  the Reds handled the Cubs 13-7  and the Pirates Sam Moel knocked in Abel Durham to edge the Nationals 7-6. In Minor Softball, the scoreboard stayed busy as the  Scorpions  beat the Dynamites 17 - 11.  In Rookie baseball, the  Astros  bats tokk down the Redsox 13-2 , the Twins came out on top against the A's winning 11-8. and the Bluejays blanked the Angels 15-0.  In Rookie Softball,  the Cyclones beat the Falcons 14-2. Visit our website for game highlight of each game.

4/26/25  
After a couple of days of rainouts ,Saturday started  with chilly weather early and ended with some warm weather.  In Between we had full slate of games  with several one run ball games.  In Major Baseball, the Expos handed the Padres their first loss 5-3, the Yankees stopped the Phillies 6-3, the Dodgers rally past the Guardians 7-6 and the Royals topped the Mets 8-6.  In Major Softball, the Panthers defeated the Mayhem  12-10.  In Minor Baseball, the Braves edged the Pirates7-6, the Reds defeated the Rockies 13-8., the Cubs won over the D-Backs 10-6 and the Cardinals edged the Marlins 7-6.  In Minor Softball, the Dynamite  defeated South Oldham in the first game and Renegades fell to south Oldham in the second game.   In Rookie Baseball, the Rays, Orioles,Rangers, and Redsox were winners.  In Rookie Softball, the Cyclones, Wolverines and Warriors picked up  wins.   In Coach Pitch, Chiefs Bobby Nash got the game ball with a couple of hits.  Visit our website for game highlight of each game.

4/23/25 
With great weather for ball games, there were  plenty of exciting games to watch  at Walsh Park on Wednesday night.  In Major Baseball, two unbeatens squared off as the Padres came out on top against the Expos 10-4.  In Minor Baseball,  the Marlins took care of the Brewers 10-4 and  the Nationals topped  the D-Backs  11-8.  In Rookie Baseball,  the  Rays stopped the Rangers 15-10 and the Redsox edged the Mariners 10-8.   Visit our website for game highlight of each game.

At  Walsh Park on Tuesday  with good weather we had  several game  outcomes was decided in their last inning.  In Major Baseball, the  Guardians was back in the win column  as they held off the Dodgers 7-5.  In Major Softball,  the  Panthers took care of the  Rampage winning 19-11.   In Minor Baseball,  the Pirates  came back on the Cardinals for 15-13 win.   In Rookie Softball the Warriors defeated the Cyclones  12-8.     In Rookie Baseball , Whitesoxs/Astros game was canceled and will be scheduled.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game
4/21/25

The league  started its third week of the season  with great weather and a busy crowd at Walsh Park  on Monday night.  In Major Baseball, the Mets knocked off the Royals 7-3. for their second straight win.  In Minor Baseball,  the Braves was back in the win column  as they defeated the Rockies 13-9.  In Minor Softball,  the Scorpions came out on top against the Renegade winning 15-9.  In Rookie Baseball,
the Orioles had a big night at the plate with a homerun and a double among his  four hits to beat the Angels  18-8.      In Rookie Softball, the Firecrackers  Dylan Stack knocked in the tying run  with a double and scored the winning run in the sixth inning to beat the Wolverines 10-9.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game,                                                                          

4/19/25
Walsh Park was busy on Saturday with plenty of good games  and great weather.  In Major Baseball, the Dodgers knocked off the Royals 14-7 and the Padres stopped the Yankees 6-2.  In Major Softball, the Panthers   took care  of the Rampage 21-12.   In Minor baseball, the Reds started the  morning with a 9-3 win over the Cardinals, the Brewers topped the Rockies 10-6 and D-Backs  held off the Marlins for 10-9 win to end the day.  In Rookie Baseball, unbeatens met as the Whitesoxs topped the Orioles 8-6,  the Twins doubled the Tangers 10-5, the angels picked up their first win  defeating the Astros 13-11,  the Athletics were back in the win cloumn with a 17-10 over the Mariners and the  Rays ended the day  holding off the Bluejays 12-11.  In Rookie Softball, Cyclones took care of the Firecrackers 15-4 and the  Warriors stopped the Hornets 15-12.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.   Hope everyone has a Happy Easter.

 With great  weather and the first night of double headers, Walsh Park was busy  and there was plenty of  action to watch,   In Major Baseball, the Expos lead off the night with a 10-4  win over the Phillies.   In the nightcap the Mets got their first win beating the Guardians 8-4.   In Minor baseball, the  Braves topped the Pirates  8-6 and the Nationals ended the night defeating the Cubs 13-3.   In Minor Softball, the  Dynamites took care the Scorpions 16- 2 and the the Outlaws edged the Renegades 14-13.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Redsox knocked off the Rays 13-5.    In Rookie Softball, the Falcons rally back with a four run sixth inning to beat the Wolverines 6-4.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

4/17/25   
Despite some raindrops before the game we had great weather the rest of the night at Walsh Park as the scoreboards stayed busy Thursday night.  In Major Baseball, the Dodgers Landon Pack  had the game winning hit to beat the Royals 7-6.  In Major Softball, Mayhem  defeated the Panthers 15-9.  In Minor Baseball, the Rockies Titus Barfield scored the game winning run as they edged the Cardinals 13-12.  In Rookie Baseball,   Nolan Brown had two homeruns  and a double for the Whitesox  as they defeated the Rangers 17-7.

4/16/25
As the weather is getting better  for the baseball season,  Walsh Park  was busy  Wednesday night with plenty of exciting games.  On Field #1 In Major  Baseball, the Expos scored four times in the second inning was the  difference  in 6-4 win over the Phillies.   For the Phillies, In the field Shortstop Gavin Fox had a web gem as he  took a ricochet hit ball off  3B Lee Williams and threw to  first for  a 5-6-3  putout.   InMinor Baseball  on Field   #2, the Pirates held off the Cubs 13-12 for the win.  On Field  #3, the  Marlins handed the Brewers  a 8-4 loss.  In Rookie Baseball, the   Orioles stopped the Redsoxs  14-7  on Field #4 , while over at Field #5  the Mariners topped the Athletics  13-4.   Visit our website for game highlights of  each game.

4/15/25
It was  a windy during  day  at Walsh  Park, but the winds died down for some exciting games Tuesday night.  In Major Baseball, the  Padres scored four times in the fifth inning to beat the Yankees  4-0 as Walker Bradley and Brantley Wise combined for the shutout.   In Minor baseball, the Nationals took care of the D-Backs 15-10 and the Reds held off the Braves  for a 11-9 win.  In Rookie Baseball, the Mariners stopped the  Astros 12-3.  In Rookie Softball, the Cyclones Alice Behne had the game winning hit to beat the Wolverines,  In Coach Pitch, the Drillers,  Emma Crabtree had a couple of hits  against the  Chiefs.   Visit our Website  for game highlights of each game.

4/14/25  
After a day off, Walsh Park was  a busy place as the thunderstorms  stayed North and South of us and we were able to get all the games  completed.   In Major Baseball, the Guardians took care of the Mets 20-8 for their first win.  In  Minor Baseball, the  Pirates Caleb  Hoffman had a big night with two doubles and picked up the win with 7strikeouts  to defeat the Cardinals 7-2.  In Minor Softball, the Renegades edged the Scorpions 16-15.   In Rookie  Baseball,  Beckham Newby lead the Twins with a triple and two doubles to beat the Angels  14-9.  In Rookie Softball, the Warriors stopped the  Falcons winning. 12-8.   Visit  our website for game highlights of each game.


4/12/25  
Despite some cool weather in the morning, North Oldham Little League had a big crowd turnout for a great Opening  day parade and breakfast,  ceremonies, great  food, great games and many memories made,  Thank You to Lagrange Fire Department and the Auxiliary   for the parade  and breakfast,  Thank  You to Raymond  Prather's family for being part  of the ceremonies., Kairo Ball catching the first Pitch from Bryan Prather,  Thank you to Natalie Self for great job singing National Anthem.   Thank You to all that helped in the concessions stand. One of the best  parade days we have  had.
With a short delay of games because ceremonies  we  had plenty of great games  on Saturday,  In Major Baseball,  the Expos blanked
the Mets  3-0, the Padres beat the Guardians 3 -1 and the Dodgers 8-1.   In Major Softball, the scoreboard stayed busy as the Mayhem beat the Panthers  14-11.
In Minor baseball, the  Brewers topped the Braves 7-5, the Reds Rally back on the Nationals 9-7, the  Marlins finished the day with a 15-9 win  over the Rockies,  In Minor Softball,  The Dynamite  defeated the Renegades 17-5 and the Outlaws edged Scorpions 14-13.
In Rookie Baseball, the   Whitesox lead off the and the   day with a 9-4 Win over the Mariners.  The Twins picked up  their first win by a score of 13-10 over the Bluejays and the Athletics took care of the Rangers 18-6.   In Rookie Softball,   Falcons over Firecrackers 3-1, the Warriors defeated Wolverines  11-7 and  the Cyclones topped the Hornets 11-10.   Visit our website  for game summaries of each game.

4/11/25  
After Thursday  night storms  the fields were ready to go as the sun finally came out to make a great night of ball.   In Major Baseball,  behind the pitching of Lucas Saucier and Maxdon Redecker   the Royals knocked off the Phillies  with 3-1  win.   In Major Softball,   the Rampage even their record with a 15-11  win over Mayhem.  In Minor Baseball, the   W  was raised as the Cubs topped the D-Backs 9-7.
In Rookie Baseball, the Orioles Max Rimer  lead  the hit parade  with a triple, two doubles  and  a single to beat the  Astros 13-3.    The Redsox bats stayed busy as they defeated the Angels 15 - 3.    Visit our website for game highlights each game.  .

4/10/25  
           Thursday night started with great weather and  ended with lightning, hail and rain. We were  able get most games done. In Major and Minor Baseball , both game wasn't completed and be resumed at a later date.     In Minor Softball,  the Renegades  took down the Outlaws 12-1.  In Rookie Baseball, the Rays took care of the Twins  9-3.   In Rookie Softball,  the Firecrackers  defeated the Warriors  4-2 in four completed the inning,    Visit our website for game highlights each game.  .

4/9/25   
 With cool brisk weather  Wednesday night, it was was a  busy night  at Walsh Park for some exciting games.  In Major Baseball, the Yankees  started their season  with 17-5 win over the Mets.  In Minor Baseball, the Cardinals Sam Felix had  a big night  at the plate  with a grand slam and had  9 strikeouts to beat the  Rockies 6-2.   The Braves took care of the Cubs winning 14-6.    In Rookie Baseball, the Whitesox held off the A's  for 9-8 win.    The Bluejays scored in every inning to win to beat the Rangers  19-10.  Visit our website for game highlights each game.  Thank you to the Yankees for doing their Team Clean-up night.

With Cool weather the fields  were ready to go as the 2025  season got underway Tuesday night  after Mondays cancellations.  In Major Baseball, the Phillies scored six times in the sixth inning to beat the Guardians 8-5.   In Major Softball, the Panthers took care of the Rampage 13-7.   In  Minor Baseball, the Reds came out on top against the Pirates 5- 4.   In Rookie  Baseball,  the Orioles  Wyatt Hellmann had a homerun and  single to lead the Orioles  past the Mariners 6-3.  In Rookie Softball,, the Hornets  had a 10-9 victory over the Wolverines.   Visit our website for game highlights each game.  Excellent job scorekeepers.  Thank you to the Panthers for doing their Team Clean-up night and thanks to everyone that helped in the concession stand.
