5/28/26
The sun was shining bright  Thursday as Walsh Park was busy with some close  ball games..  In Major Baseball,  the Cubs topped the Phillies 5-3.  In Minor Baseball, the Braves took care of the Cardinals 14-2 and the Giants defeated the Padres 13-6.  In Minor Softball, the Dynamites continue  their winning streak with a 12-10 win over the Scorpions. Busy night in Rookie Baseball with four games on the slate.  Th rangers edged the Athletics 4-3, the Whitesox stopped the Angels 15-10.  On the big fields and under the bright lights the Rays  took down the Yankees 13-10 and the Redsox stopped the Royals 18-10.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game .

After a five day lay off because of rain and the holiday weekend and some down pours yesterday, the fields held up at Walsh Park and we had some exciting  games. In Major baseball, the Bluejays held off a late rally by the Reds  to win 10-9 and in the nightcap the Brewers stopped the Dodgers 8-1.  In Minor Baseball, the D- Backs stopped the Marlins 14-1. In Rookie Baseball, the Guardians  knocked off the Orioles 3-2  and the under the lights the Redsox went an extra inning to beat the Astros 10-8.  In Rookie Softball, the Cyclones stopped the Firecrackers  9-5.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game,

After a couple days of washouts, the fields were ready to go thanks to Thomas Finch and some late afternoon sun. In major Baseball, the  Brewers stopped the Reds 3-1. In Major Softball, the Rampage Ellie Hill had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat Mayhem 10-9.  In Minor Baseball, the Braves topped the  Rockies 10-8 and the Marlins ended the night with 13-7 win over the Padres.  In Minor Softball, the Outlaws took care of the Dynamites 16-4.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Orioles defeated the Rays 6-1 and under the lights the Guardians came back on the Whitesox winning 15-12.  In Rookie Softball, the  Wolverines knocked off the Firecrackers, 17-11.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

It was a hot and humid day on Monday with a full slate of games at Walsh Park.  In Major Baseball, the Cubs defeated the Tigers 6-3 and the Reds defeated the Mariners 7-4.  In Major Softball, Mayhem defeated the Panthers 15-10 and in the night cap the Panthers defeated Rampage 13-7.  In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs defeated the  Padres 15-5.  In Minor Softball, the Outlaws doubled up the Scorpions 12- 6.  In Rookie Baseball, the Yankees took care of the Athletics 12-1. After Saturday rainout and late night storms that did some damage to Field #5 fence, the fields were ready to go thanks to  the Williams & Whitakers for helping getting the fence  back up and  Thomas Finch and the Kamers  for getting the fields ready to go. It was a hot and sunny day for make-up games. In Coach Pitch, the Rivercats, Sloan Hepke got the game ball  as she had two hits in her ball game.  In Major Softball, the Mayhem stopped the Rampage 9-8.  In Minor Baseball, The Braves Rylen Koetter had a two run double in the sixth inning to beat the Giants 10-8.  In Rookie Baseball, the Redsoxs started the day with 13-12 over the Angels, the  Rays ran their winning streak to five as they defeated the Athletics 9-6.  The Guardians took care of the Rangers 14-8, and Whitesox handed the Orioles their first loss winning 8-4.  In Rookie Softball, the Cyclones defeated the Firecrackers. 8-4.  Visit our website  for game highlights of each game. 
On Friday night Brandi Dunk passed away, please keep the Dunk family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time  She was a umpire and coach for the league.  There will be a donation box at the concession stand for the family.

At Walsh Park on Friday, we had great weather  and a full slate of games as several unbeaten teams went down. In Major Baseball, in the first game the Tigers came back on the Phillies to win 10-9 . Tigers  Braxton Anderson and Phillies Wyatt Husband  both  hit homeruns out of the park.  In  the nightcap the Cubs handed the Mariners 12-7 loss.  In Minor Baseball,  the Pirates handed the D-Backs their first loss by a score 10-7 and the Rockies finished the night with a 16-12 win over the Mets.  In Minor Softball, the Dynamites gave the Warriors their first loss as they won 11-10.  The Outlaws knocked off the Scorpions16-13.  In Rookie Baseball, the Yankees defeated the Angels 15-5. It was a nice sunny day for ball games on Thursday at Walsh Park with some exciting games.  In Major Baseball, the Brewers handed the Bluejays their  first loss with a 5-2  win. In Major Softball, Mayhem jumped out to early lead  as they defeated the Panthers 15-11.  In  Minor Baseball, the Cardinals ran their winning streak to four  with a 11-5 win over the Padres.  In Rookie Baseball, the streaking Royals knocked off the Atheltcis 15-9  and the Guardians Logan Book had the game winning double to top the Rays 7-6.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

At Walsh Park on Wednesday night,  the scoreboards stayed busy as the teams offenses had the bats working.  In Major Baseball, the  Mariners edged he Cubs for a 8-7 win.  In Minor Baseball, the Braves took care of the Marlins 17-10.  In Rookie Baseball, the Redsox blanked the Rangers 10-0. Another beautiful day at Walsh  Park on Tuesday with three exciting games  decided on the teams last at bats.  In Major Baseball, the Phillies bats  took care of the Tigers to win 18-5. In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs Cayden McLeod had a game winning double to beat the Giants 6-5 and the Rockies, Oliver Botelho scored the winning run to top the Pirates 10-9.  In Minor Softball,  the Warriors  stopped the Outlaws 18-12.  In Rookie Baseball, the Orioles Isaac Brown had the game winning hit to beat the Yankees 14-13. visit our website for game highlights of each game, Major Baseball Minor Baseball

After a day off for Mothers Day, We started the fifth week as we have reached the half way point of the 2026 season.   On Monday, it was another busy night at Walsh Park with some high scoring games,  great weather and great food from the concession stand.  In Major Baseball, the Reds seven  run third inning  propelled them to a 14-9 win over the Dodgers.  In Major Softball, the Rampage was back in the Win column  with a 16-9 win over the Panthers.   In Minor Baseball, the Cardinals  rolled past the Mets 21-9.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Whitesox had offense going as they stopped the Astros 17-6.   In Rookie Softball, the Falcons stopped the Hornets 12-2. visit our website for game highlights of each game,

With great weather Walsh Park  was busy  on Saturday with a big crowd for some exciting games and the league topped off day  with   North Oldham Little League  night at Louisville Bats.  In Major baseball, the  Bluejays held off the Tigers for a 3-1 win and Phillies got even with the Reds  with a 9-1 win.   In Major Softball, the Panthers  defeated Mayhem 14-13.  In Minor Baseball,  the D-Backs edge Rockies 3-2  as Easton Ketcherside had the game winning triple in the sixth in and the Giants defeated the Pirates 19-1.  In Minor Softball, the Warriors stopped the Dynamites 8-6.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Yankees  defeated Whitesox 7-2, the Royals stopped the Rays 11-5, The Rangers  Beau Wisecarver  hit a homerun out as they edged the Angels 16-15, the Guardians rally past the Redsox 12-11 and the Orioles finished the day with a 7-5 win over the Astros.  In Rookie Softball, the  Firecrackers topped the Falcons 16-10 and the Wolverines kept the scoreboard  busy as they beat the Hornets 28 -6.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.   TO ALL THE MOTHERS HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY  ENJOY YOUR DAY

With great weather Friday night, Walsh Park  had  a big crowd and some great games. In Major Baseball, the Brewers knocked off the Mariners  4-2 and in the nightcap, the Dodgers picked up their first win  as they defeated the Cubs 9-5.   In Minor baseball,  the Braves took care of the  Padres  winning 13-3 and the Cardinals finished the night with a 12-9 win over the Marlins.   In Minor Softball,  The Dynamites topped the Outlaws 13-7and the Warriors edged  the Scorpions 15-14.  In Rookie Baseball, the Athletics was back in the win column defeating the Astros 19-12.   In Rookie Softball, the Wolverines took care of the Firecrackers 16-5.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.  if there is no highlights scorekeepers didn't have first and last names.

It was another busy night at Walsh Park with great weather and some exciting games Thursday night.  In Major Baseball, the Bluejays put six runs on the board in the third inning as they defeated the Tigers 8-4. In Major Softball, Mayhem knocked off the  Rampage 11-8.  In Minor Baseball, the Pirates  took care of the  Mets winning 14-8.   In Rookie Baseball,  on Field #5the  Rays defeated the Rangers  10-3 and the night ended  on field #4 as the  Redsox  Liam Newton had the game winning hit the bottom of the seventh inning  as they rally back with three runs to beat the Yankees 14-13.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

After early morning thunderstorms, Walsh Park fields were ready to go for Monday night games as we had great weather  and some  great extra inning games.   In Major Baseball, the Dylan Henson had the game winning hit as the Reds edged the Phillies 5-4 in the seventh inning.  In Minor Baseball, the Padres stopped the Mets 10-5.  In Minor SOftball,  the Dynamites topped the Outlaws 13-12 for their first win.  In Rookie Baseball, the Guardians took care of the Athletics 15-10. After a day off for Derby, Walsh Park was busy again on sunday with some Make-up games.  In Major Softball, Mayhem held off the Rampage for 12-11 win.  In  Rookie  Baseball, the Orioles remained undefeated by topping the Rangers 10-7.  In Rookie Softball,  the Falcons stayed unbeaten by beating the Wolverines 21-14. Visit our website for game highlights  of each game.

We started off May with some chilling weather at Walsh park on Friday with a full slate of games.  In Major Baseball, the Brewers picked up their first win as they defeated the Reds9-2.  In Major Softball, the Rampage knocked off the  Panthers 14-8.  In Minor baseball, the Braves took care of the Mets 15-8 and in the nightcap the D-Backs  remained undefeated by winning against the Pirates 14-11.  In Minor Softball, the  Warriors stopped the Outlaws  11-3.  In Rookie Baseball, the  Oriole came out on top against the Athletics 11-10 in battle of unbeatens.   Sage Abell knocked in Bastain Clark with the winning run.  Under the lights, The Redsoxs had their bats working as they beat the Whitesox 21-4.

It was a cool night  at Walsh Park  on thursday  with a big crowd and some exciting games.  In Major Baseball, the Cubs had back to back three run innings to beat the Tigers 7-4. In Major SOftball, Mayhem
knocked the Panthers 14-12.  In Minor Baseball, the  Pirates  stopped the Padres 17-10.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Athletics  started the night with a 12-9 win over the Redsox.  On the big field under the lights on Field #1 the Angels  Wes Ruby had the game winning hit to beat the Rays 15-14, On Field #2 the Yankees rolled past the Royals 13-2.  On Field #3 the Guardians took care of the Astros 12-6.  In Rookie SOftball, the Cyclones needed the seventh inning to beat the Firecrackers 16-14.   Visit our website for game highlights  of each game.

Despite all the rain Wednesday  morning with some help,  the fields were ready to go at Walsh park. After Monday night washout and storms during the night.  The fields were ready to go thanks to Thomas Finch.   Thanks to LaGrange Public Work for taking care of Old Glory  who was tangled up and damaged in  the storm and was replaced.  There were plenty of  exciting games with three 1 rrun ball games.   In Major Baseball, the Reds and Brewers both pitched shut out innings until the last batter as the Red's Dylan Henson raced  across the plate for 1-0 win.  In Minor Baseball, after the Giants had five run sixth inning to tie the game at 16-16, the Met's Beau Moore hit a leadoff inside the park homerun to win the game for the Mets 17-16.   In Minor Softball,  the Scorpions  topped the Dynamites 11-9.  In Rookie Baseball,  The Astros had bats rolling as they defeated the  Angels 18-7.  Over on Field 5, the RAys, Asher Sombroff knocked in the game winning run for a 5-4 win over the Whitesox.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.  Please join our league text for rain cancellations at www.rainedout.net

After Friday night rain, the fields were ready to go and we had great weather for ball games and picture day.  In Major Baseball, the Phillies stopped the Brewers 5-3 and the Bluejays defeated the Cubs  4-2.  In Major Softball, the Rampage defeat  Mayhem 13- 4.  In Minor Baseball, the Cardinals knocked off the Pirates 10-6.  The Giants and Mets both picked up their first wins as the Giants defeated the Rockies 12-9 and the Mets defeated the Marlins 15-11.  In Minor Softball, the Outlaws defeated the Scorpions 15-12.  In Rookie Baseball thd scoreboards stayed  busy as the Orioles topped the Guardians 11-9, the Astros Wyatt Hellman hit a homerun in a 17-12 win over the Rangers, the Redsox stopped Royals 14-2, The Athletics beat the Angels  15-4 and the Yankees finished the day  with 17-4 win over the Rays. In Rookie Softball, Wolverines defeated the Firecrackers 10-4 and the Hornets stoppe the Cyclones 8-6.

With a big crowd at Walsh Park on Friday night the rain held off as the first set of games were completed  but the  8pm games were rained out.  In major Baseball, the Tigers topped the Dodgers 5-3.  In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs went 3-0 as they defeated the Mets 13-4.  In Minor Softball, the Warriors rolled past the Scorpions 15-8.   In Rookie Baseball, the Whitesox picked up ther first  win by defeating the Rangers 16-8.  In Rookie Softball, the Horntes edged the Cyclones 11-10.  The 8pm games will be rescheduled.   Visit our website for game highlights of games

With sunny weather, the fields at Walsh Park were ready to go for some exciting  ball games Thursday night.  In Major Baseball, Wyatt Husband had the game winning hit  as the Phillies topped the Brewers 4-3.  In Major Softball, the  scoreboard stayed busy as Rampage posted 19-12  win over the Panthers.  In Minor Baseball, the Cardinals held off a late rally by the Braves  to win 8-7. In Rookie Baseball,  the Orioles ran their record to 3-0 as they  topped the Rays 8-6 on Field #4 and over on Field #5, the Astros picked up their first win defeting the Redsox 7-3.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

Depsite a small schedule of games and great weather, Walsh Park was busy with some exciting games.  In Major baseball, the Tigers had back to back three run innings to beat the Dodgers 6-5.  In Minor Baseball, the Rockies ran their record to 3-0  as they defeated the Padres 18-10. With another night of great weather  Walsh Park was busy with some exciting games.  In Major Baseball, The Bluejays Corbin Phillips had walk off double  to give the Bluejays  4-3 win over the Cubs. In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs took care of the Marlins winning 18-3 and the Pirates knocked off Braves 9-5.  In Minor Softball, the Dynamites and Warriors  were  tield at 18-18 as darkness stopped the game after 7innings.   In Rookie Baseball, the Royals picked up their first win defeating the Angels  14-10.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.  Thank you to the D-Backs that helped  with clean-up   Picture Day is Saturday, April 25th  at Walsh Park Pavilion. It was a cool breezy night  at Walsh Park  Monday night as we started the second week of the 26 season.  In Major Baseball, the Mariners and Reds played  extra innings  as Mariners Cooper Potts had the game winning triple in the bottom of the eighth inning to beat the Reds 6-5. In Major Softball, the Panthers took care of Mayhem 17-9.   In Minor Baseball,  the Pdres held off the Giants  for a 13-12 win.  In Rookie Baseball, the Athletics handed the Ynkees their first loss winning 10-2.   In Rookie Softball, the Hornets stopped the Wolverines 15-4.  Thank you to the Padres that helped  with clean-up .visit our website for game highlights of each game.  Picture Day is Satruday, April 25th  at Walsh Park Pavilion. After Saturday cancelations, It was great day to spend at Walsh Park on Sunday  for makeup games.  In Major Baseball, the Cubs edge the Reds 4-3 and Bluejays took care of the Phillies 13-4.  In Major Softball,  The Rampage defeated the Panthers 14-10.  In Minor Baseball, the Braves went 2-0 with a 8-3 victory over the Giants.  The Marlins topped the Padres 10-9.  In Minor Softball, the Scorpions came out on top against the  Dynamites 16-15.   In Rookie Baseball, the Athletics finally was able to get on the field and edged the Whitesox 13-12, the Orioles took care of the Royals winning 14-5.  The Redsox prevailed  6-4 over the Rays. It was a hot night  at Walsh Park on friday  with alot of high scoring games.   For major Baseball, the Tigers edged the Brewers 7-6.   In Major Softball, the Panthers topped Mayhem 19-14.  In Minor Baseball, the Rockies ran their record 2-0 with a 12-6 win over the Mets,  In Rookie Baseball, the Guardians came out on top 15-13 against the angels.   In Rookie Softball, the Hornets stopped the Firecrackers 14-8.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

Another night of great weather Walsh Park was busy and the scoreboards stayed busy as well.  In Major Baseball, the Phillies down the Dodgers 9-3.  In  Minor Baseball, the Padres  held off a late rally by the Cardinals to win 4-2.   In Minor Softball,  the Warriors topped the Scorpions 14-2.  With two games on slate for Rookie Baseball,

Opening week at Walsh Park continue with great  weather, great food and plenty of action on the ballfields.  In Major baseball, the Bluejays  three run fourth innng was enough to beat the Bluejays 4-2.  In Minor Baseball,  The Braves rolled past the Marlins 16-4.  In  Rookie Baseball, the Orioles started the season with a 12-5 win over the Redsox.  In  Rookie Softball, The Cyclones defeated the Wolverines 16-11.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.   Opening

The 2026  season  got underway despite some bumps along the way  Walsh Park  was busy with great
 
  weather, Great food and  pleanty of of action on the field.   In Major Baseball, the Cubs got their season going with a 7- 2 win over the Brewers.  In Major Softball, Rampage  and  Mayhem kept the scoreboard  busy as Rampage had a 19-14. win.. In Minor Baseball, the Cardinals rolled past the Mets  with a 16-4.  In Rookie Basebll,  the Angels  started their season with a 13-8 win over the Whitesox.   In Rookie Softball, the Falcons rally back with a four run sixth inning  to beat the Hornets 6-4.   Visit the the website for gane summaries of each  game.
