The Cubs  jumped out with three runs in the  first inning as the beat the Brewers 7- 2 to start the season.   For the Cubs, Ethan Hodges had
a double and turned two double plays. . Kohen McMullen and Jonah Walker had base hits.  brayden Hall  pitched  four innings allowing  a run in getting the win.  For the  Brewers, Sam Moel had adouble and  a single.  Noah Fisher,  tanner Seaman, Zachary  Winfield and Joel Denny  had base hits.  Connor  Seaman  had 8 strikeouts on the hill.
